平素より格別のご高配を賜り、誠にありがとうございます。
このたび、お客様からのご通報により、海外の悪質な詐欺サイト（www.glbiochem.net）が当社の公式サイトになりすまし、不正に製品販売を行っていることが判明いたしました。当該サイトはお客様に誤解を与え、当社のブランドの信用、ならびにお客様の正当な権益を著しく損なうものです。
事実を明らかにし、当社およびお客様の権益を守るため、ここに以下のとおり厳正に声明いたします。
一、当社の公式ウェブサイトについて
当社の公式ウェブサイトは、以下のとおりです。
上記以外のドメインのサイトはすべて偽サイトであり、当社とは一切関係ございません。
二、販売方法および業務用メールアドレスについて
当社の製品はすべて直販のみで取り扱っており、いかなる非公式の第三者プラットフォーム、ウェブサイト、個人代理店等に対しても、販売を委託・許諾しておりません。
また、当社の全販売スタッフ（海外各拠点の担当者を含む）が業務で使用するメールアドレスは、以下のいずれかのドメインで終わるもののみです。
これら以外のドメインで終わるメールアドレス（例：info@glbiochem.net など）は、当社スタッフのものではございません。当該アドレスからのご連絡やお取引のお誘いには、決して応じられませんようご注意ください。
三、偽サイトでご購入された製品について
偽サイトを通じて購入された製品は、その出所、品質、安全性のいずれについても当社が確認・保証するものではなく、重大な品質リスクを伴います。当社は、こうした偽造品に対していかなる品質保証、技術サポート、アフターサービスも提供いたしかねます。偽造品のご購入またはご使用に起因するあらゆる損失、リスク、法的責任は、すべて購入者ご自身に帰属するものとし、当社は一切関知いたしません。
四、法的措置について
当社の名を不正に用いて違法行為を行う上記の侵害行為に対しては、証拠を確実に確保したうえで、関係当局への通報を行うとともに、あらゆる法的手段を講じ、侵害者の法的責任を断固として追及してまいります。一切の妥協・容認はいたしません。

We have recently been informed by a customer that a fraudulent overseas website (www.glbiochem.net) has been impersonating our official website and illegally selling products under our name. This website misleads customers and seriously damages both the reputation of our brand and the legitimate interests of our customers.
To clarify the facts and protect the interests of both our company and our customers, we hereby issue the following formal statement.
1. Our Official Websites

Any website using a domain other than those listed above is fraudulent and has no affiliation whatsoever with our company.
2. Sales Channels and Official Business Email Addresses
All of our products are sold exclusively through direct sales. We have not authorized or entrusted the sale of our products to any unofficial third-party platform, website, or individual agent.
In addition, the business email addresses used by all of our sales staff (including representatives at our overseas locations) end only in one of the following domains:
Email addresses ending in any other domain (e.g., info@glbiochem.net) do not belong to our staff. Please do not respond to any inquiries or solicitations from such addresses under any circumstances.
3. Products Purchased Through Fraudulent Sites
We cannot verify or guarantee the origin, quality, or safety of any products purchased through fraudulent websites, and such products carry serious quality risks. We are unable to provide any quality assurance, technical support, or after-sales service for these counterfeit products. Any loss, risk, or legal liability arising from the purchase or use of counterfeit products shall be borne solely by the purchaser, and our company assumes no responsibility whatsoever.
4. Legal Action
With respect to the infringing acts described above, in which our name is used unlawfully to carry out illegal activities, we will secure firm evidence, report the matter to the relevant authorities, and pursue every available legal remedy to hold the infringers fully accountable. We will not tolerate or compromise on this matter in any way.
